Is shopping at Dick Rinkle secure?
Yes! Our e-commerce store is build on the Shopify platform.  Shopify is the #1 e-commerce hosting platform and uses top tier security so you can shop confidently.

When will I receive my order?
We fulfill and ship all ordered products within 1 working day, and the whole process of shipping may take up to 5 working days (except for any carrier delays). You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order ships.  The email will contain your USPS tracking number.  If your order wasn't delivered to you within the time stated in your order confirmation email, please contact us and we will assist.

How can I cancel or change my order?
If you wish to modify your order, you may always contact us before the item ships.  Once shipped, we will not be able to modify or cancel request any order and you will need to request a return once the product is received. We apologize for the inconvenience you may face in this regard.
